What to Expect

The site operator reads your request. Where appropriate and with your consent, your enquiry can be passed to an independent lawyer or law firm. We cannot promise availability, acceptance of your case or a reply time.

If you or a family member has been arrested, you may ask the police for access to a lawyer and to contact your family. Do not wait for a WhatsApp reply.

Never share your password, PIN, OTP or TAC code with anyone. That includes this site and anyone who says they are a lawyer. No genuine bank, lawyer or official needs them.

Keep your first message general and do not attach documents (identity documents, bank letters, statements, police reports). Send documents later, and only to a lawyer who has told you their name and their firm.

Before You Reach Out

It helps to have the following in mind, without attaching the documents yet: the bank or institution that froze your account, whether police or JSJK have contacted you, and a brief summary of what happened. A lawyer who has identified themselves and their firm will tell you what to send and how.
