Frozen Account Guide is an information website run by an editorial team. We are not a law firm, and no lawyer works for this site.
What happens to your message
- You send a WhatsApp message. Keep it general. Never share passwords, PINs, OTPs or TAC codes with anyone, including this site or anyone claiming to be a lawyer. Do not send IDs, bank statements or police reports in this first message.
- Where appropriate and with your consent, we can pass your contact request to an independent Malaysian lawyer or law firm that handles this type of matter.
- A lawyer or firm decides whether to take your matter. A lawyer-client relationship exists only between you and that firm, and only if you both agree.
- The firm sets and explains its own fees. This site does not set your legal fees.
Your choice
You can choose any lawyer you like. You do not have to use the firm your enquiry is passed to.
What we cannot promise
We cannot promise that a firm will take your matter, how soon it will reply, or any result.
Your data
Passing your enquiry on means your number and message are disclosed to that firm. The Privacy Policy explains how, and how to withdraw consent.
