What powers let police freeze my Kelantan account?

A separate order from the Public Prosecutor under the anti-money laundering law (AMLA) lapses if the person is not charged within 18 months, and no court can extend it [f5]. The two powers are challenged in different ways, so ask a lawyer which one was used on your account.
