Which courts sit in Pahang?
The judiciary lists two High Court locations in Pahang, Kuantan and Temerloh. [f6] A charge may be heard in the Magistrates’ Court or the Sessions Court, and the prosecution decides which.
So the court is not chosen by the town where your account is held. A lawyer can tell you which court your papers name.
Where are the Pahang police offices?

Can the police freeze an account without a court order?
Yes. Criminal Procedure Code section 116D lets a police officer of Sergeant rank or above freeze an account and block its transactions straight away. No court order is needed, only suspicion of a link to crime. [f2]
This is separate from a freeze under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). Under section 50 the Public Prosecutor can order a freeze, and section 52A makes the order lapse after 18 months if the person is not charged. [f1] A lawyer can tell from your freeze notice which power was used.
What does section 424C cover?
When money passes through an account, investigators may look at Penal Code section 424C. It covers transactions through an account without a lawful purpose, with 3 to 10 years in jail, a fine of RM10,000 to RM150,000, or both. [f3]
